Here at Garden Games Hire we are proud that we work closely with our local school, Old Heath Primary, Colchester, Essex ensuring that we provide entertainment and fun for their events, including photo booths, bouncy castles and other games.
If you are a local school in Colchester or the surrounding villages in Essex, Suffolk or London and are looking for a bespoke deal then please do not hesitate to contact us to see how we can help.
Each event will be arranged in line with your requirements and ensure that you make the most money you can on your big day!
Options include:-
School inflatable fun day
Available Monday to Thursday between 10am and 7pm
Our school inflatable fun days are a RISK FREE way of raising money for your school. Simply choose a date and advertise with us at your school and let us do the rest. All we ask is that teachers/parents remain throughout the hire to keep an eye on the children.
Bouncy castles need to be within 50 metres of an electrical point, or generators can be hired at additional cost.
- Choose your own inflatables from our massive selection available
- We provide staff to man the bouncy castles & inflatables.
- You sell wristbands before the event and on the day at £5 per child. (We recommend a minimum of 75-100 wristbands to be sold for each event)
- The school take a percentage of the total sales
- Hire time usually 2-3 hours
- The more wristbands you sell, the more money you make.
Fete/Charity event
We have various fete packages available as we know each school and event can be slightly different. So if you are not sure where to start then please contact us to see how we can work together.
Options include:-
- Dry hire our equipment at a discounted rate and run the event yourself
- Allow us to provide the bouncy castles and staff and give you a percentage of the event profits.
