Is there a minimum hire charge?
Yes. Minimum hire of £50 for deliveries within 10 Miles.

There is a minimum hire fee of £245 for delivery into London.

For hires further afield the minimum hire is dependant on your location.

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery within 10 miles of Colchester, Essex is FREE. Delivery outside of this area is subject to a further delivery charge.

What time do you deliver?
In the Summer we deliver 8am to 11am and start collections at 4pm with the last available collection at 7pm. Anything after 7pm is classed as an overnight hire with an additional cost of £30 and be collected the next day.

In the winter we deliver 8am to 11am and the last collection is 430pm.

If your hire is indoors or at a specific venue or time then just let us know and we will cater for this at the time of booking.

We do not deliver or collect during hours of darkness.

Are the inflatables/games insured?
Yes. All our inflatables have £10 million Public Liability Insurance.

Am I required to sign anything?
Yes. Each hirer must ensure they sign and agree to our terms and conditions prior to any hire, the hirer must be at least 18 years old and be able to provide I.D with address on request.

What equipment does my hire include?
Our booking price includes the item(s) required, and for inflatables, electrical blower and 25 metre cable. Items will be completely set up, secured and later dismantled and collected at the agreed time. All units are also supplied with sand bags and mats in the event of the unit needing either to be in an indoor venue or outdoors. You must let us know if this is required. Slides and obstacle courses are also provided with a safety mat. The price includes delivery if within a 10 mile radius of Colchester, Essex. For delivery outside this area a small surcharge may be applicable.

What age are our inflatables suitable for?
Unless stated otherwise our units are suitable for users up to the age of 12/13 years old.

Must shoes be removed on all inflatables?
Yes shoes must be removed before going onto any of our inflatables. Also any sharp objects should be removed from pockets or jackets, including phones, wallets and so on

How much space is needed?
We usually require room of at least 3-4 feet to deliver our inflatables into rear gardens, and you must ensure you have at least 3 feet front and back of where the unit will go for safety and to ensure there is room to fit the blower and electrical equipment. Please ensure the space is clear prior to our arrival to assist in safe delivery and set-up.

Can the inflatables be set up on hard surfaces?
Grass areas are preferred but some of our units are appropriate for indoor hire or hard surfaces. We do not hire any of our inflatables onto outside hard surfaces.

What if it rains or there is bad weather?
If it rains or there is bad weather, including high winds on the day of hire, then you are able to cancel for this reason alone with no financial burden on yourself. This is available for hire of inflatables only. Should it rain whilst the hire is ongoing, it is important you deflate all equipment and stop using it.

Will I be shown how to work the unit?
When the unit is installed you will be given clear and concise safety instructions which you, as the hirer, must adhere to at all times. This will include a cartoon safety check list of how to use the unit.

Do I need to provide an electrical point?
If you have no electrical point a generator is available on request at an additional charge. This must be requested by the hirer at the time of booking.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out. Check out Delivery Areas for more details on locations covered.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
